What information is used, and why?

The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. If you also provide a phone number, details about your bicycle or photographs, that information is used to answer your enquiry and discuss a treatment or training session. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

For an enquiry, your information is used to provide information or a quotation at your request. For a booking or order, the information is needed to carry out the agreement and maintain the administration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or performing a contract. Records that must be retained by law are processed on the basis of a legal obligation.

The website and hosting may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, page visited and time, to deliver pages, diagnose errors and maintain security. The legitimate interest is operating a working, secure website. The contact form sends your message by email; technical delivery logs may be created.

If you leave a comment on a news article, the information entered, your IP address and browser information are used to process the comment and assess spam. Who receives your information?

Your message is sent to De Fiets Soigneur. Multi Action supplies our website hosting and email. These services process information needed to host the website and deliver email. Technical support providers may also process information needed for their work. Where they process personal data on our behalf, appropriate processing and security arrangements must be made. Transfers to external services outside the European Economic Area are subject to the rules on international transfers. You can ask us which service providers are involved with your information.

How long is information retained?

Our brand fonts, Oswald and Lato, are served locally by this website. Your browser does not connect to Google for these fonts. External videos, where present on a page, may send information such as your IP address to their provider. You can allow or reject external videos through the cookie settings. Links to Instagram and WhatsApp open another service, where that service’s privacy policy applies. You can also delete cookies using your browser. The website may then ask for your privacy choice again.
